Hi there! My name is Tien Pham, a seasoned project manager and consultant with a proven history of delivering exceptional results across diverse industries. I have been managing complex projects, optimizing processes, and providing strategic guidance—all of which I am excited to bring to my new business, specializing in obtaining permits for residential renovations, new builds, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

This new venture is deeply personal for me. While building my own ADU, I’ve developed a firsthand appreciation for the challenges homeowners face in navigating the designing and permitting process. My mission is to simplify that journey by combining my expertise in project management, customer-focused operations, and strategic consulting to deliver tailored solutions that help clients bring their visions to life.

Throughout my career, I have overseen large-scale operations, including managing a $150M contract volume budget across fourteen production projects. I have ensured the timely and accurate delivery of product orders, leveraged a deep understanding of contracts and government requirements, and developed custom solutions by partnering with engineering teams to meet unique client needs. My ability to evaluate competitive bids, analyze terms and conditions, and guide customers through purchasing decisions is rooted in a strong technical understanding of design and construction processes.

In addition to managing large-scale contracts, I have led and developed high-performing teams, conducting regular trainings to foster professional growth. I have also provided strategic recommendations to clients, helping them maintain and enhance their operations through specialized tools and innovative approaches.

Now, I am applying these skills and experiences to my own company, helping individuals and families navigate the permitting process for residential projects with confidence and clarity.
